All The Right Moves For Swingshift

Tomorrow is the big day for TC Christian Junior, Simeon Popa, and his dance partner/instructor, Rachel Trim, as they hit the floor (rhetorically speaking) at Swingshift and the Stars!  Sabre News reporter, Scoop Klenner, caught up with our two friends at a recent rehearsal where he shot some behind-the-scenes photos.

Simeon has worked so hard to get to this point,and it’s all on the line tomorrow night. Won’t you help him? Simeon’s younger schoolmates also came together to support him and Rachel with a coloring contest.  TCCS parent and artist, Mike Novak, drew a caricature of Simeon and Rachel and we had the kids color and draw the image as they best imagined the dance.  We received loads of great entries and the top 8 (in no particular order) are below.  Congratulations to the students whose artwork will grace the tables at Swinsghift.

This is a special moment for Simeon and Rachel.  Please pray for peace and joy as they prepare, and pray that, in this association with Swingshift and the Stars, we all reflect the love of Christ and the joy of salvation.
