Grand-Friends Day News

One of our favorite days of the year is Elementary School Grand-Friends Day.  Loving, doting Grandmas and Grandpas, along with invited family relatives and special friends, all come together on the TC Christian campus to meet with their favorite students for a morning of songs, stories, refreshments, and classroom activities.  This year’s Elementary School Grand-Friends Day will be held on May 3.  You can catch a glimpse of the fun from last year’s event.

In preparation for Grand-Friends Day, your elementary students recently brought home a form that we use to gather the addresses of those you would like to invite.  In early April, and with those addresses in hand, we send a postcard (pictured) to your child’s special friend(s) inviting them to join us.  Please complete the address form as completely as possible with full names.  We love the post office but even they can’t deliver to ‘Nana in Leland’.  Thanks for helping us make Grand-Friends Day special for everyone.
